COVID-19 came upon us back in March this year and after a lengthy lockdown we could only hope that it had gone away when restrictions were lifted back July, sadly that has not been the case and we are now back under lockdown until at least 2nd December.
Since its first self-catering holiday cottage back in 1999, Cotswold Charm has always been proud of its commitment to a very high standard of service, cleanliness and hospitality.
We reviewed and revised our cleaning procedures to cope with Covid19 and as many of our recent Testimonials show, we have had nothing but praise from our guests over the last 3 – 4 months.
Michael thanks all of those who have stayed with us during this time for their belief and faith in Cotswold Charm and the service we have provided with our self-catering holiday cottages. We sincerely hope that it enabled them to have relaxing stay with us and to enjoy everything that Chipping Campden the Cotswolds and the local area has to offer.
Now we are back in lockdown, Michael hopes that you are still healthy and safe as we approach a critical period in both this and the coming year. We offer either full refund on all Covid19 cancellations and/or rebook them at a hopefully much safer time.
We are using this lockdown to do a really deep clean on all of our self-catering cottages and close them up to allow plenty of time for any possible virus to be eliminated.
Because the number of re-bookings account for almost 70 days into the coming summer for many of our self-catering cottages, we would respectfully suggest that those wanting to book for 2021 and take advantage of 2020 prices, should do so sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment.
