Accessed from the patio and parking area, the ground floor incorporates a large lounge/reception/bedroom with en suite shower room complete with large colour TV and two luxury sofas one of which converts to a comfortable double bed. Up the adjacent stairs you will find the well appointed “L” shaped kitchen/diner/lounge complete with breakfast bar and kitchen will all the accoutrements that you are likely to need.
The two double bedrooms are off a landing with just one step up to the master bedroom with separate dressing room and luxury shower room. Outside there is a small sun drenched patio where you can enjoy your breakfast and there is an adjacent on-site parking for one car.
